HR Contracts Manager

Contract inside IR35 till the end of the year with possible extensionWe are seeking an experienced HR Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the mobilisation and management of a large, complex workforce while ensuring the effective delivery of workforce-related contracts and supplier partnerships.Reporting into the HR Leadership Team, you will work closely with Procurement, Legal, Recruitment, Workforce Planning and key business stakeholders to manage workforce supply arrangements and drive supplier performance across the project.Key ResponsibilitiesManage workforce-related contracts, including recruitment agencies, managed service providers (MSPs), contingent labour suppliers and other strategic workforce partners.Lead supplier relationship management activities, including performance reviews and governance meetings.Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations.Support contract negotiations, renewals, extensions and variations in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workforce policies, IR35 requirements and project governance standards.Analyse workforce data, supplier performance metrics and recruitment trends to provide insights and recommendations.Identify opportunities to improve workforce delivery, efficiency and value for money.Support workforce mobilisation activities as the project transitions through key ..... full job details .....
