This role focuses on managing complex and high-risk employee relations matters, partnering with senior leadership, and driving improvements across ER processes, policies, and overall colleague experience.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage complex ER cases with a focus on risk mitigation, compliance, and colleague wellbeingProvide strategic advice on employment law, HR policy, and processUse insights and data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for proactive interventionSupport junior HR/ER colleagues with coaching and guidanceCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Ethics, and business units to ensure aligned and effective case resolutionLead and support training initiatives and contribute to ongoing ER policy and process enhancementsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to SLAs and operational proceduresRequired Skills andamp; Experience:Proven experience in senior-level or complex ER case managementStrong understanding of UK employment law and employee dispute resolutionExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skillsData-driven and solutions-oriented with the ability to analyse trends and recommend improvementsConfident in handling sensitive ..... full job details .....
