Propose, design, and execute HR strategy projects in the UK and European markets.Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business (business development).Address various HR issues such as organizational design, talent management, change management, and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) initiatives.Collaborate with multinational teams and manage projects.Coordinate with clients’ Japanese headquarters, providing bilingual reporting and support.Ideal Candidate:
