This role is full time onsite. We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with strong TUPE expertise to support a significant organisational transfer project. This is a highly confidential assignment requiring a capable and experienced individual who can independently manage the end-to-end TUPE process from planning through to completion. We are looking for a "safe pair of hands" with a proven track record of delivering TUPE projects in a complex organisational environment, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and providing expert guidance to stakeholders throughout the process. The duties of the HR Consultant include:Leading and managing the full TUPE transfer processProviding expert advice on TUPE Regulations 2006Coordinating consultation and engagement activities with affected employees and representativesLiaising with internal stakeholders, trade unions, legal advisors, transferor and transferee organisationsManaging and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI)Ensuring all statutory consultation requirements and timescales are metIdentifying and mitigating TUPE-related risksSupporting due diligence activities and project planningProviding practical HR guidance regarding terms and conditions, continuity of ..... full job details .....
