This role is full time onsite. We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with strong TUPE expertise to support a significant organisational transfer project. This is a highly confidential assignment requiring a capable and experienced individual who can independently manage the end-to-end TUPE process from planning through to completion. We are looking for a "safe pair of hands" with a proven track record of delivering TUPE projects in a complex organisational environment, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and providing expert guidance to stakeholders throughout the process.
