This pivotal role will bring structure to the HR function, supporting the company''s continued growth. You will partner with the Head of HR to provide advice to clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, acting with a high level of autonomy. The Role: Provide commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio. Support clients to develop and improve their HR practices, processes and people strategies. Advise and coach managers on HR policies. Help clients build positive, inclusive and values-led workplace cultures. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance. Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, employee lifecycle documentation and client toolkits.
