      <description>Location: Seaford | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | HR Consultant     Location : Seaford, East Sussex   Salary:  Competitive   Vacancy Type:  Full or Part Time (30+ hours) per week  We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified (CIPD Level 7) HR Consultant to provide high-quality, pragmatic and commercially focused HR support across a broad range of generalist and complex employee relations matters. This role would suit a confident HR professional with strong UK employment law knowledge and hands-on experience supporting managers through organisational change, TUPE transfers, restructures, disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness absence management, performance issues, recruitment, contract work, and the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
