      <description>Location: Stansted | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Location: Hybrid/Remote (some office attendance required initially)Duration: 8 weeks temporary assignmentHours: Fulltime or Part-time, 3-4 days per week (35-hour week equivalent, 9am-5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch) Overview My client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide cover for sickness for an initial 8-week period. my client needs someone who can quickly step in, provide clear and confident HR advice, take ownership of ongoing employee relations matters, and help drive cases to conclusion. They are looking for someone with strong ER knowledge who can provide robust guidance and ensure processes are followed correctly. Key Responsibilities  Manage complex employee relations cases. Lead disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance processes. Review and progress long-term sickness cases. Support managers with clear and practical HR advice.
