HR Consultant - ONSITE

HR Consultant Location: Brighton (Hollingdean Depot, BN1 7GA) Contract: 3 Months Initially Hours: 35 Hours Per Week Working Pattern: 5 Days On-Site We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Consultant to join a busy and fast-paced HR Advisory team supporting a large public sector organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional with strong employee relations experience to provide expert advice and support to managers across a complex operational environment. The Role As HR Consultant, you will provide pragmatic and solution-focused HR advice across a broad range of employee relations matters, supporting managers to effectively manage people issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies and best practice. You will work closely with managers and senior stakeholders, providing guidance on complex casework, supporting formal hearings and appeals, and contributing to organisational change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers across a range of employee relations matters. Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance management and sickness absence cases. Support managers in preparing for formal hearings, appeals and employment tribunals.
