HR Consultant Nottinghamshire / Lincolnshire based Full-time or Part-time hours considered We''re currently looking for an experienced and personable HR Consultant to join our growing team and provide high quality, practical HR support to small and medium sized businesses. Our clients rely on us to be their trusted HR partner - helping them navigate the day-to-day people challenges that come with running a business, while also supporting them with longer-term HR strategy and development. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You''ll work with a range of businesses and sectors, providing practical advice, guidance and hands-on HR support. You''ll need to be confident working independently, building strong client relationships and translating HR best practice into straightforward, commercially sensible solutions. The Role In the HR Consultant role you will provide a broad range of HR consultancy services, including: Acting as a trusted HR adviser to SME business owners and managers Providing practical advice on employee relations matters Supporting clients with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, procedures and HR documentation Advising on employment law and ensuring clients remain compliant with current legislation Supporting organisational change, restructures, redundancies and TUPE where required Helping clients develop effective HR processes and people strategies Carrying out HR ..... full job details .....
