HR Consultant (Freelance) - Ongoing Assignments

Qualified Freelance HR Manager/Consultant. The company offers advice, support and guidance on all Human Resource and People Management issues and gets involved in one off project or provide on-going consultancy to support their clients. Contracted hours can vary but should be around 14-15 hours per week to start with. The role will involve occasional visits to client sites primarily within the Tyrone / Mid Ulster / Ballymena / Antrim areas. THE PERSON Level 5 CIPD or Associate member status achieved Third Level Degree Educated either in Human Resource Management/Business or in a similar related field. 5 years plus experience in an HR role Attendance Management experience Recruitment Experience Up to date knowledge of employment law Experience providing coaching and support to colleagues in casework Managing complex employee relation matters within a manufacturing/FMCG environment. Ability to manage high volumes of complex casework and prioritise workload to meet business needs Ability to identify and pro-actively assess and mitigate risk Coaching and influencing skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly open nature and a genuine desire to be of assistance to Line Managers, employees and HR Managers Strong administration skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint A full drivers license with access to a car Desirable Criteria Level 7 CIPD or chartered member status achieved or working towards this. ..... full job details .....
