Manage a varied caseload including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management.   Support restructures, TUPE transfers, internal appeals, ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal cases.   Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into grievances and misconduct.   Coach and support managers through formal HR processes.   Interpret HR policies and provide pragmatic recommendations and solutions.   Advise on changes to employment law and best practice.
