As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join their team. This is a varied role where you''ll work closely with a portfolio of clients, helping them navigate everyday people challenges while also supporting longer-term HR and organisational objectives. If you enjoy variety, building strong client relationships and providing advice that genuinely makes a difference, this could be an excellent next step. Please note: A full UK licence and access your own vehicle is required, although you will work predominantly remotely, regular travel to client locations is required. Your Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing HR advice and support via telephone, email, video calls and face-to-face meetings. Develop strong, long-term relationships and become a trusted point of contact for HR matters. Deliver practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each client''s needs.
