HR AdvisorBorehamwood, Herts£35,000 - £38,000Fantastic opportunity to join a multi award winning HR Practice who support small and medium sized companies with their HR needs.Working as part of a small team of HR Advisors the role is busy and varied with no two clients or days the same.Providing first and second line support for clients you will work as an integral part of our team of HR Advisors providing practical advice and support to clientsProviding telephone and email support and advice to clientsWriting and issuing documents in line with client needsAdvising on / attending / chairing disciplinaries and grievances meetingsSupport with redundancy, TUPE and restructuresSupporting recruitment activities of clientsHR administration for clients such as sickness tracking and absence managementProviding onsite support to clients as required on a regular or ad hoc basisThe needs of each of client will vary and all or none of the above may be required for any specific client.
