It provides innovative financial solutions and expertise to corporations, governments, and individuals worldwide.What you''ll doSupport compensation activities including new hires, promotions, transfers, budgeting, forecasting and talent retention.Analyse compensation data, market trends and business needs to identify issues and develop practical recommendations.Prepare clear analysis, models and presentations to support senior decision-making and HR advisory activity.Advise HR partners on compensation practices, policies and regulatory requirements across EMEA.Contribute to firmwide compensation projects, including policy updates, process improvements and systems development.Drive greater efficiency and consistency across compensation processes, including improved reporting and appropriate use of AI.What you bringExperience in HR, Compensation or Finance within financial services, with strong analytical and data management skills.Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel capability; experience with Business Objects or other reporting tools is desirable.Understanding of compensation processes, market data, regulatory requirements or year-end compensation planning within a financial services environment.Excellent communication, ..... full job details .....
