HR Co-Ordinator

The Role: HR Co-Ordinator -
Location: Stanwell Moor
Salary Circa -40k - -50k

The Company

Our client, is a fast paced operational environmental organisation, looking for an HR professional to co-ordinate the HR process in an operational environment. This is a stand alone remit with legal support provided and could suit an HR professional looking for their next professional move up to take on more responsibility and make an impact on this 2 site organisation. This role also includes positively encouraging H&S engagement.

The Role

• As HR Co-Ordinator you will be the point of contact for employee queries about HR related issues, escalating and seeking support from the General Manager when required.
• As our HR Co-Ordinator you will maintain a comprehensive HR function and provide HR administration working with the management team to embed and create a productive and safe working environment.
• You will be the main point of contact for employees and management on day to day HR matters
• You will provide Payroll administrative support, collating and checking payroll data, working with the Finance Director
• Your will support the Shift Supervisors with rota organisation.
• You will provide generalist HR administrative across the employee life cycle.
• You will provide support to the HSQE manager in actively encouraging a safety first H&S environment, including PPE checks, safety walk arounds.

The Successful Candidate

• The successful candidate will have experience working in an HR Administrator or Advisory remit experience, including payroll, looking for an opportunity to make their own.
• You will have experience working in a fast, operational working environment.
• You will be highly organised having the ability to work in busy working environment.
• It would be advantageous to have CIPD HR accreditation but this is not essential.
• Sectors of interest could be waste management, engineering, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, , industrial or logistics.
• You will have an excellent communication style both verbally and written with the ability to build relationships positively and collaboratively.
• The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with an innovative, adaptable, professional and dedicated attitude.
• You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
• You will be flexible and adaptable.
