Role Overview: Reporting to the HR Manager UK and Europe, this position provides essential support across all facets of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR systems. What You ll Be Doing: Supporting recruitment by coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers and agencies, and managing pre-employment paperwork. Leading the onboarding process, ensuring an excellent new hire experience through documentation, induction, and orientation. Maintaining HRIS data integrity and producing HR reports and dashboards for leadership. Liaising with the global HR team to ensure data accuracy and consistent practice. Supporting payroll by preparing monthly amendments, employee letters, contracts, and reports. Organising internal events such as town halls and employee engagement activities. Handling confidential information professionally while supporting the HR team in ad hoc projects and continuous improvement efforts.
