They are seeking an experienced HR Change Practitioner to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract to support the delivery of a major organisational change programme aligned to strategic business objectives This role is fully remote based within the UK and is offered as a fixed term contract rather than a day rate engagement.Key responsibilities Own the end to end delivery of complex organisational change programmes directly linked to strategic business prioritiesLead and coordinate formal and informal employee consultation processes, ensuring they are well planned, legally compliant, employee centred and delivered at paceAct as a central coordination point for consultation activity across multiple UK sites, ensuring consistency, fairness and clarity throughoutPartner closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues and employee representatives to support them through changeProactively identify and manage employee relations risk, ensuring best practice approaches are followed at all timesProvide clear guidance and coaching to ..... full job details .....
