This is a high-impact role focused on delivering the people and cultural aspects of our transformation projects, ensuring a smooth transition for colleagues and the business.Contract: 9 Month Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Birmingham with occasional travel to South West of EnglandWhat You ll Be Doing• Leading the delivery of a targeted people change programme, providing clear structure and direction.• Managing the site closure, supporting redeployment or handling redundancy processes.• Providing and regular progress updates to key stakeholders and the steering group.• Supporting cultural change with the wider HR team.• Leading and supporting an HR Advisor, ensuring consistent communication and manager guidance throughout the change process.About YouWe re looking for someone who:• Has strong HR business partnering and change management experience within complex organisations.• Can take full ownership of a programme driving it forward, managing risk, and anticipating challenges.• Is confident managing redundancy, redeployment, and consultation processes.• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple workstreams.• Builds strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.• Balances strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. ..... full job details .....
