HR Change Consultant

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in the search for an experienced HR Change Consultant to join their HR team on an 18 month fixed-term contract. Based in Eastleigh, paying up to £54,500 along with some excellent company benefits. You will provide specialist HR and employment law expertise throughout the change journey, taking ownership of complex people-related workstreams and ensuring activity is effectively planned, communicated and legally compliant. Your responsibilities as a Change Consultant are: Provide specialist employment law advice and guidance, identifying and mitigating people-related risks Support the end-to-end delivery of complex organisational change and transformation programmes Lead on people-related change activity including due diligence, TUPE, consultation, selection processes and workforce integration Manage complex and potentially contentious employee relations matters Lead collective and individual consultation processes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement Analyse workforce data and provide meaningful insights to support change decisions Support organisational design activity including job evaluation and role mapping Develop and review HR policies and processes in response to organisational change The ideal candidate: Significant experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or equivalent level Extensive experience delivering complex ..... full job details .....
