HR Change Consultant3 Days per Week Two-Year Fixed-Term Role Norfolk and North LondonFlexible daily rate Inside IR35We are seeking an experienced HR Change Consultant to lead a two-year people and culture transformation programme.Working closely with Directors and managers, you will drive cultural change, improve employee engagement and retention, strengthen management capability and embed practical, sustainable HR processes.Skills and experience required: Senior-level HR and organisational change experience Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge Proven cultural change and employee engagement experience Excellent coaching and line-manager development skills Talent management, succession planning and recruitment experience Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills Commercial, pragmatic and hands-on approach Ability to operate confidently with Directors and senior leaders This is a 3-day-per-week role, with regular attendance required at both our Norfolk and North London sites.An excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating a stronger culture, clearer accountability and an effective HR framework to support future growth.JGA are dedicated to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
