HR Change Consultant 3 Days per Week Two-Year Fixed-Term Role Norfolk and NorthLondon Flexible daily rate Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced HR Change Consultant to lead atwo-year people and culture transformation programme. Working closely with Directors and managers, you will drivecultural change, improve employee engagement and retention,strengthen management capability and embed practical, sustainableHR processes. Skills and experience required: Senior-level HR and organisational change experience Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge Proven cultural change and employee engagement experience Excellent coaching and line-manager development skills Talent management, succession planning and recruitmentexperience Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder managementskills Commercial, pragmatic and hands-on approach Ability to operate confidently with Directors and seniorleaders This is a 3-day-per-week role, with regular attendance requiredat both our Norfolk and North London sites.
