About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Caseworker to join a fast-paced team, managing triage casework and supporting decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Decision-Making
- Make informed decisions in line with Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and Procedures (SOPs)
- Seek guidance where necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Handle sensitive and personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2015
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Respond to queries promptly and professionally
- Demonstrate empathy and identify when translation or interpretation support is needed
- Review and analyse applicant documentation thoroughly
- Request additional information from stakeholders where required
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support organisational priorities and collaboration
- Communicate with applicants in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate case records, including notes, emails, and supporting documents
- Ensure all case data is accurate and up to date
- Support reporting, performance tracking, and resource planning
- Adhere to governance frameworks and processes
- Ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability in all casework
- Experience in HR casework, investigations, or similar roles
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Strong organisational and time management skills
