This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in government casework, operational delivery and evidence-based decision making who thrives in a fast-paced, policy-led environment. Working within a collaborative team, you will oversee complex casework, provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues, and ensure decisions are made consistently, fairly and in line with government policy and governance requirements. While this role does not include formal line management responsibilities, you will provide day-to-day task management, mentoring and support to caseworkers, helping to maintain high standards of performance and wellbeing across the team.
