Duties and Responsibilities: Managing sensitive HR casework Analysing complex information and applying government policies to individual cases. Handling emotionally distressing content with discretion and resilience. Maintaining accurate case notes and correspondence records. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support priorities. Skills and Qualifications: Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail. Experience using government policy to make decisions. Experience working to strict policies and procedures. Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
