HR Casework Officer Full Time Permanent Central London Competitive Salary An established and highly successful education organisation is seeking an experienced HR Casework Officer to join its central HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience to provide expert advice and support across a number of education settings. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will support senior leaders and managers by delivering a professional HR casework service, ensuring employment matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with current legislation and best practice. Must have previous experience dealing with complex Employee Relations cases and an enhanced DBS on the update service to be considered for the role. The Role Reporting to the Head of HR, you will: Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, probation and performance management cases. Provide professional HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and line managers on employment law, HR policies and best practice. Support recruitment, workforce planning, job evaluations and organisational change initiatives where required. Assist with the development, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.
