Morson are currently partnering with a leading manufacturer with national coverage as they recruit for an ER Case Manager to join the HR team. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £45,000 DOE. You can be based at any of the 10 UK sites however there will be a requirement to travel to other sites. You will have the flexibility for some home working, however this role will require a mix of working at your office, at a different site and at home. A pool car or enhanced PPM is offered to compensate for travel. As an ER Case Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
