The Trust is flexible on seniority and would welcome applications from experienced HR Advisors, Senior HR Advisors, HR Business Partners or People Partners with strong education-sector experience.Your New RoleYou will provide operational HR support to schools and senior leaders across the Trust, managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with education-sector policies and procedures.Key responsibilities will include: Managing complex employee relations casework including absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters Providing expert HR advice and guidance to Headteachers and senior leaders Supporting schools with day-to-day people management issues Advising on policies, procedures and employment legislation Applying and interpreting Green Book and Burgundy Book terms and conditions Assisting the wider People team during a period of increased workload Building strong relationships with stakeholders across ..... full job details .....
