This role involves partnering with senior management and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. You will work collaboratively to deliver the People Plan with a focus on retaining and engaging our people, acting as the centre of people expertise and implementing specific people approaches. The HRBP will collaborate with all parts of the HR function to maximise the effectiveness of the HR operating model and create a competitive employer brand and colleague experience by influencing and challenging the people agenda.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnering:Partner with senior leadership to understand business priorities and shape people plans that support organisational goals.Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, informing decision-making and continuous improvement.Design and implement HR policies and procedures.Employee Relations and Case Management:Provide expert coaching to managers on performance management, conduct, capability, absence, grievances, and disciplinary processes.Lead or advise on complex ER cases, ..... full job details .....
