HR Business Partner £50,000 + Company Car + BenefitsField Based Multi-Site RetailZachary Daniels are partnering with a well-known UK retailer to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support their retail estate.This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded HRBP who loves being out in the business, building relationships with operational leaders and really understanding what is happening across their stores.You''ll partner closely with Area Managers and Store Leadership teams, supporting them to get the very best from their people whilst helping to shape and deliver the wider people agenda.This is a field-based role with the expectation that you''ll spend a minimum of 3 days per week within stores, so you''ll need to enjoy being visible, hands-on and close to the operation.What you''ll be doing: Partnering with Area Managers and Store Leaders to translate commercial priorities into clear people plans Acting as a trusted advisor across workforce planning, organisational design and capability Coaching and developing leaders to build high-performing and engaged teams Leading the talent and performance agenda across your region, including succession planning and identifying future talent Supporting recruitment, onboarding, development and retention across the retail estate Providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice across complex ER and employment law matters Using people data including turnover, absence, engagement and ER trends to identify ..... full job details .....
