This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a busy People Services team, providing expert advice and support across a broad range of employee relations and organisational change matters. The postholder will partner with managers and stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions in a complex environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance matters. Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and workforce planning activities. Partner with managers to develop pragmatic people solutions that align with employment legislation and HR best practice. Analyse workforce trends and people data to identify risks and recommend appropriate interventions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and service improvements.
