HR Partner, 6 month Fixed Term Contract, Higher Education, London, £53,317 pro-rataFascinating specialist Higher Education provider in London needs a highly capable HR Partner to join them for a 6 month HR Partner role.In this role your responsibilities will include:Supporting the leadership team and managers with change management Supporting strategic projects and policy development Create, develop and deliver processes, initiatives and projects to achieve objectives Support, coach and give advice to managers Conduct investigations, grievance, disciplinary and complaints proceduresPartner with departments to support their needs, address risks and enable their development Facilitate resolving workplace concerns and conflictDeliver the departmental strategy in line with the organisational mission and visionProviding extra resource in the teamSupport the other HRPs, and HR Management team with day to day work as neededExperience needed:Higher Education experienceEmployee relations experience supporting end to endExperience advising on people management matters, conducting investigations, grievance and disciplinary proceduresBusiness as usual support experience with the ability to run projects autonomously and also work collaborativelyIf you have the skills and experience detailed above, please apply now.
