This is a highly visible role where you''ll partner with senior leaders across the UK, Middle East and Africa whilst leading the HR agenda for the UK business. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing proactive support rather than simply reacting to people issues and who is confident in leading through a time of change. This is more than a traditional HR Business Partner position. You''ll operate as the UK HR Manager, influencing business decisions, driving organisational change and ensuring the people strategy supports ambitious commercial objectives and it offers international exposure.
