With a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, the role provides commercially focused ER leadership, case management and advice, while also supporting the delivery of the Tradebe People and Culture transformation, change agenda and global strategy across UK divisions. In addition, you will: Support the UK People and Culture Director in implementing the Global People and Culture Strategy, embedding the UK operating model and role-modelling strong leadership. Partner with divisional leadership to deliver People and Culture solutions that maximise performance, support workforce planning and strengthen business outcomes. Lead a responsive, commercially focused Employee Relations service, providing expert advice, case management and support in line with policy and employment legislation, including tribunal-ready documentation.
