HR Business Partner

We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing, fast-paced, multi-site organisation who have their Head Office in Watford. This will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.This is not a traditional HRBP role. Whilst you''ll provide broad generalist HR support, the focus is firmly on employee relations, manager capability and creating long-term people solutions rather than simply responding to issues as they arise.We''re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys tackling complex employee relations matters, and is equally passionate about coaching managers, developing capability and embedding robust people processes that prevent recurring issues.If you''re someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, influencing operational leaders and making a genuine impact across a business, we''d love to hear from you.The position will report into the senior leadership team whilst partnering with operational managers across multiple sites.
