The Opportunity Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you''ll provide end-to-end HR support while helping managers become confident, capable leaders. You''ll balance operational HR with strategic thinking, supporting a unionised workforce while driving continuous improvement across engagement, communication and organisational effectiveness. This is a genuinely flexible opportunity, offering 22.5 hours per week, worked either across three full days or five shorter days to suit the successful candidate.
