What will you be doing? Partnering with the senior leadership team to influence people strategy and business decisions.Developing workforce plans to support continued growth.Coaching and supporting managers through employee relations challenges.Leading and developing a small HR team.Improving HR processes, systems and reporting.Taking a proactive approach to absence management, recruitment and employee engagement.Helping build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Who are we looking for? Ideally, you''ll have experience in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or similarly operational environment.
