HR Business Partner (Change) Fixed Term Contract Charity / Not-for-Profit Organisation Lead and Deliver Meaningful Organisational Change The Bukola Group is partnering with a well-established, values-led charity to recruit an experienced Interim HR Business Partner (Change) to support the delivery of a significant organisational change programme. This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in restructures, redundancies and consultation processes, who can confidently partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver fair, robust and legally compliant change. You''ll play a key role in guiding the organisation through change while balancing organisational objectives with employee experience, engagement and effective risk management. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and managers to plan and deliver organisational change, including restructures, redundancies and transformation programmes. Provide expert advice on change management, employee relations and consultation processes. Develop and support effective consultation strategies, ensuring employees and representatives are meaningfully engaged throughout the process. Produce change documentation including business cases, letters, FAQs, guidance and communication materials. Coach managers through complex and sensitive change and employee relations matters.
