We are currently recruiting for a confident and credible Human Resources Business Partner to join a Central HR Team within a large, established multi-academy trust in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, Principals and leadership teams to shape HR strategy, strengthen people management practices and promote an inclusive, high-performing working culture across multiple educational establishments. As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning people strategies with organisational objectives, providing expert employment advice and supporting workforce development across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Align HR strategy with organisational goals and priorities. Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, providing clear, practical and timely advice. Advise managers and senior leaders on disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance-related matters. Drive organisational development, performance management and change initiatives.
