We are looking for an individual who is CIPD fully qualified with a shared passion for proactive client focussed HR support, with a breadth of knowledge and/or experience within employee relations, and generalist HR, relishing a busy and friendly work environment where we are all office based (except for attending client meetings when required).This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Business Partner who is seeking a varied role and has a flexible approach to adapt to our wide range of clients and sectors that we work with. Our ethos is to ensure that we provide high quality HR support, in a friendly and practical way where we build strong working relationships with our clients. We recognise that every client needs a different level of support, a different approach, but most importantly, our HR professionals understand HR solutions in the wider business context.Sussex HR Limited has been established since 2009, and it has expanded to include two sister companies.
