HR Business Partner - Contract Location: Shotts (primary base)Contract Length: 3 monthsRate: £314.00 per dayStatus: Inside IR35 Overview Lorien are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large, complex public sector organisation on an initial 3-month contract. Based primarily in Shotts, this role will provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple sites and senior leadership teams. You will lead and develop an HR function, deliver professional HR advice on complex people matters, and support the implementation of organisational change programmes aligned to corporate and local objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and manage an effective HR team, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery aligned to organisational objectives and operating within agreed budgetary frameworks.Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and management teams on a wide range of people management issues, including complex case management and attendance management.Manage workforce planning activities, ensuring recruitment practices comply with Civil Service Recruitment Principles and relevant employment legislation.Support HR teams and hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment activity, including the use of the organisation''s recruitment system.Contribute to and support national recruitment campaigns as required.Play a key role in the delivery of change programmes, supporting leaders and employees through organisational change.Work ..... full job details .....
