      <description>Location: Wednesbury | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Contract | SF Partners are working exclusively with a blue collar business who require interim HR Business Partner to support while going through a period of change.    Salary: £45,000 - £50,000  Site based/ Full time.    We are seeking a hands on HR Business Partner to support a period of business transition on a fixed term contract. The organisation is undergoing significant structural change. You will provide day-to-day HR support, including handling employee relations matters and delivering high-quality documentation and process management.  This role is ideal for an HR professional who can confidently operate in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment, balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution.
