This one would suit someone who enjoys being a true, hands on HRBP - working super close to the business, directly with managers and senior leaders and still getting stuck into the day-to-day HR agenda.  The role will cover a broad range of HR activity, including complex ER casework, coaching and developing managers, organisational change, workforce planning, employee engagement, people data and wider HR projects.
