Location: Nottingham | Salary: £45000 - £50000/annum | Type: Permanent | BRAND NEW EXCLUSIVE ROLE: HR Business Partner Nottingham - Hybrid working Up to £50,000 DOE plus benefits Permanent & Full Time I''m currently exclusively recruiting for an operationally focused HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation within a highly regulated environment. This one would suit someone who enjoys being a true, hands on HRBP - working super close to the business, directly with managers and senior leaders and still getting stuck into the day-to-day HR agenda. The role will cover a broad range of HR activity, including complex ER casework, coaching and developing managers, organisational change, workforce planning, employee engagement, people data and wider HR projects. I''m keen to speak with experienced HR Business Partners, but would also consider a strong Senior HR Advisor who is ready to take that next step. Experience within a regulated is essential, particularly backgrounds such as healthcare, social care, education and legal. If you''re interested in hearing more, or know someone within your network who could be a good fit, please drop me a message or email me at (url removed)
