Role: HR Business PartnerSector: Public SectorDuration: 12 Months FTCLocation: DerbyshireSalary: Circa 40,000 per annum Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client based in Derbyshire. This role is offered on a full time, hybrid basis with an expectation of a minimum of 2 days a week onsite The ideal HR Business Partner will partner with leaders across the organisation, providing expert HR advice and solutions that support business objectives, improve organisational performance and enable positive employee outcomes. The role leads on complex people matters, organisational change, policy development and leadership capability, ensuring an effective and professional HR service. The duties of the HR Business Partner will include:Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across a broad range of people mattersLead on complex employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and organisational change mattersCoach and influence managers to build leadership capability and ensure the consistent application of HR policies and proceduresDevelop, review and implement HR policies and practices in line with employment legislation and organisational requirementsSupport workforce planning, recruitment, organisational redesign and change programmes to improve organisational effectivenessBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, employee representatives and ..... full job details .....
