We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading automated logistics equipment provider. This is a highly influential role where you will work closely with senior leaders, shape people strategy, and support a fast-paced, evolving workforce.The opportunityAs an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers across the UK, providing expert HR guidance and helping to build strong leadership capability.This role is varied and hands-on, covering employee relations, recruitment, change management and workforce analytics.
