HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed professional services organisation operating across the UK. The business has grown significantly through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, bringing together a number of specialist businesses and teams under one Group structure. As the organisation enters its next phase of growth, there is a clear opportunity for HR to help shape the people infrastructure, leadership capability and culture needed to support continued expansion. The Opportunity This is a broad and commercially focused HRBP role within a business experiencing significant growth, integration and organisational change. You will work closely with senior leaders and business heads, providing pragmatic and credible HR advice while helping to shape how the organisation develops its people, culture and ways of working. Initially, you will provide HR Business Partnering support across the Northwest, working closely with local leadership and employees to understand the needs of different businesses and teams. As the HR operating model develops, the role is expected to evolve towards a broader, nationally focused and discipline-aligned HRBP structure.
