HR Business Partner - Regional

HR Business Partner Food Manufacturing Full Time, Permanent Home Based with regular travel in the North (Nottingham up to Newcastle). We are supporting a growing organisation with the appointment of a Regional HR Business Partner. This opportunity would suit an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with operational leaders, providing pragmatic HR advice and making a genuine impact across a geographically dispersed workforce. The role is home-based, with regular travel required across the region, covering locations broadly between Nottingham and Newcastle. As such, the role would be particularly well suited to someone based around Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire or North Nottinghamshire, giving easy access to the wider patch. You have to be flexible with your working pattern to suit the needs of the business.The RoleWorking as a trusted HR partner to regional and operational leaders, you will provide a commercially focused, hands-on HR service across the full employee lifecycle.
