      <description>Location: Knottingley | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | HR Business Partner opportunity available working for a leading care company based in the Wakefield area, West Yorkshire. In this role you will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation.  Duties and responsibilities: • Work with managers and leaders to inform the HR strategy for each area of the organisation. • Work with stakeholders to identify key HR challenges. • Use evidence and data to identify HR priorities for the organisation and address future workforce needs. • Provide expert guidance on HR practices such as restructures and succession planning. • Bring HR expertise and develop solutions to help each area to deliver its strategy.
