HR Business Partner Location: Southampton, with travel to other sites. Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £46,000 - £47,500Join our client as a HR Business Partner to support the implementation of HR processes and policies, ensuring effective operational support across the organisation.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Conduct colleague onboarding and oversee recruitment processes, including managing recruitment events and minimising agency spend.Provide HR case guidance, support disciplinary and consultation procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.Promote a performance management culture, assisting managers with the performance of their teams.Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain HR documentation, and ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and adhered to.Develop and implement engagement, wellness, and employee relations initiatives.Travel to various locations to provide direct support to managers on HR matters, ensuring a consistent approach across all sites.Monitor HR metrics and contribute to management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission of statutory reports.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.
